Arrow Where are you located?
 We are located in Boulder, Colorado at 2425 Canyon Blvd. Our store is part of the shops at Waterstreet Plaza, where you can also find The Regiment, Cristina's and Remax Realty.
Arrow What are you hours?
 We are open from 10am-6pm Monday through Saturday, and from Noon-5pm on Sunday. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, we extend our weekday hours until 7pm, with the same hours on the weekend.
Arrow Do you sell product online?
 At present, we are not selling items online. Please contact us about purchasing from Rocky Mountain Racquet Specialists.
Arrow Do you demo racquets?
 Absolutely. We offer demos for tennis, squash, racquetball and platfrom tennis. We highly recommend trying a racquet before purchasing, and therefore try to make the process as easy as possible. The program works as follows: 1) There is a charge of $5/racquet for a three day period. 2) Money spent on demos applies towards the purchase of a new racquet, so if you demo 4 racquets, you have $20 in credit towards your racquet purchase. 3). Demo credits are valid for six months. 4) Failure to return demos in a timely manner will result in a late charge of $3/day.
Arrow Do you string racquets?
 We string racquets for tennis, racquetball, squash and badminton. String prices vary from $20-$60 installed and customization work is also available. Please see our string page for more information.
Arrow What is your turnaround time for stringing?
 Generally, our turnaround time is within 24 hours, but occasionally can be two days. Please contact us by phone at (303) 442-1412 to determine our exact turnaround.
Arrow How often should I re-string my racquet?
 The rule of thumb is to re-string your racquet as many times a year as you play in a week. Therefore, if you play three times a week, you should re-string your racquet every four months. Factors such as tennis elbow will effect how often you re-string your racquet. Please see our tips page for more information.
Arrow Will you special order items?
 We are happy to special order an item we don't usually stock. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit on all special orders and items generally must be picked-up at our store.
Arrow Do you order apparel or equipment for institutions or league teams?
 We embrace team and institutional orders at Rocky Mountain Racquet Specialists and will try hard to get you the best prices possible. We work with alot of local high school teams and can provide such things as team uniforms, court equipment and tennis balls. In addition, we work with many USA Adult League Teams in providing team uniforms. Please contact us for more information and to learn about team discounts.
